Remember, handmade items take time to make. Please alow for 2 - 3 weeks time when planning your purchase.

Warm and Woolly does not offer rush production, but if you have a concern please contact me for current dispatch times.

★ Shipping ★

I choose the quickest most economical shipping method for each destination. All packages are sent out via Canada Post/USPS/Royal Mail.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-10 business days
Asia Pacific: 6-10 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 6-10 business days

Sub-Saharan Africa: 6-10 business days
Please remember that these are shipping estimates. They can not be guaranteed. We are all at the mercy of the postal service and local delivery schedules. 
Customs & Duty
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
★ Sales Tax 

Ontario residents will be charged a 13% HST rate upon checkout.  

★ Returns 

At Warm and Woolly we value our customer relationships and will happily accept returns for a full refund. Please understand that you will have to pay for the return shipping of your items.

★ Custom Orders ★

Warm and Woolly does not offer custom services, however you can contact me to request availability of any item that is 'out of stock'.
